The Chakras of Happiness: A shadow journey to joy is a deep dive into how we run each of the 7 chakras and also where we are losing our power in that chakra. Each leg of the course is devoted to a specific chakra and we will spend 4-6 weeks marinating in the energy of each chakra as we explore what that chakra is and how it is running our life in shadow and in power.

We will look at the rules and vows we’ve tried to live by, limiting beliefs, and energy patterns that keep us stuck. We will uncover the shadows that hold us in powerlessness, fear, lack, scarcity.

This course will be a chance for true transformation with a group of courageous women who are on the journey with you, mirroring both your shadow and your light back to you.

All classes are recorded so if you have to miss a week, we got you covered (but you won’t want to ). We meet on Zoom Thursday nights 7:30pm -- 9:30pm EST from October 20 through June 23 with one week off between each chakra. We do not have class in December. You can totally come in your jammies.
